Express Dedicated is hiring CDL-A Solo Local Drivers in the Franklin, MA area. This position offers guaranteed weekly pay, consistent hours, and the benefit of being home every day.

Drivers can expect a predictable Monday through Friday schedule while supporting local freight operations throughout the Franklin market.

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 10–12 hour shifts
  • Weekends off
  • Home daily

Responsibilities

  • Pick up and stage loaded trailers for scheduled linehaul departures
  • Complete local deliveries throughout the Franklin, MA area
  • Safely transport dry van freight
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
  • Ensure freight is moved safely and efficiently

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A License
  • Minimum 2 years of CDL-A driving experience
  • Minimum age of 23 years
  • Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts
  • Must live within 50 miles of Franklin, MA
  • Must meet all DOT qualification requirements
  • Strong safety record and professional work history
