About the Role

We are seeking Level 3 Vehicle Operators to support advanced vehicle operations in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, have strong communication skills, and are comfortable working with technology while following detailed processes and safety procedures.

As a Vehicle Operator, you will play a key role in supporting vehicle operations, collecting observations, documenting findings, and helping ensure vehicles are operating safely and efficiently.

Available Schedules
Day Shift:
  • 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
  • 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
  • 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
Night Shift:
  • 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM
  • 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
  • 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM
  • 5:45 PM – 2:00 AM

Available Work Weeks:

  • Wednesday – Sunday
  • Thursday – Monday
  • Friday – Tuesday
  • Saturday – Wednesday

Additional Pay Opportunities

  • Weekend shifts earn an additional 5% per hour
  • Night shifts starting at 1:00 PM or later earn an additional 2% per hour
  • Weekend night shifts may qualify for up to 7% additional pay

Responsibilities

  • Support daily vehicle operations
  • Drive 4–8 hours per day with safety as the highest priority
  • Perform basic software operation tasks
  • Support testing missions both in and out of vehicles
  • Assist with documentation and performance metrics
  • Provide accurate written and verbal feedback
  • Support vehicle maintenance and logistics activities
  • Conduct basic preventative vehicle inspections and checks
  • Assist with vehicle movement, storage, and readiness activities
  • Ensure vehicles, equipment, and workspaces remain clean and organized
  • Complete paperwork and documentation accurately

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent driving record
  • Ability to drive for extended periods of time
  • Basic vehicle knowledge and ability to perform vehicle checks
  • Basic technology and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Proactive attitude and resourcefulness
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
  • Military experience
  • Experience working in operations, transportation, logistics, or technical environments
