About the Position

Express Dedicated is hiring CDL-A Team Drivers for a dedicated regional account operating between Franklin, MA and Dunkirk, NY along the I-90 corridor.

This position offers guaranteed pay, consistent miles, predictable scheduling, and weekly home time. Drivers can expect approximately 5,000 team miles per week while operating late-model equipment on a dedicated route.

Schedule

Sunday through Friday
Weekly 48-hour reset at home
Consistent dedicated freight

Responsibilities

Operate as a CDL-A team driver on a dedicated route
Safely transport dry van freight
Complete live load and unload appointments
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain DOT compliance and safety standards
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
Deliver freight safely and on time

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed $2,250 per driver weekly
Guaranteed $4,500 per team weekly
Approximately 5,000 team miles per week

Requirements

Valid CDL-A License
Minimum 2 years of CDL-A driving experience
Minimum age of 23 years
Must be willing to operate as part of a team
Must live within 100 miles of Franklin, MA
Must meet all DOT requirements
Strong safety record and stable work history
